Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads and pastas, we cannot accept physical returns, but we are committed to ensuring you love every bite. If your order arrived damaged or didn't meet our quality standards, please reach out so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Check your Wildgrain box immediately upon arrival to ensure all sourdough loaves, pastas, and pastries are still frozen or cold to the touch.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any damage to the packaging or quality concerns, take a clear photo of the items and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our Member Experience team with your order number and photos; we will review your request and process a resolution within 48 hours.
- 4.Eco-Friendly Disposal
Since we don't require you to ship food back, please recycle the cardboard box and compost the insulated liner according to the instructions on the packaging.
